Have you ever thought about becoming a Catholic?

Are you searching for a new faith community? Do you feel drawn to Catholic mass and rituals? If so, we invite you to “come and see.”

If you’re interested in joining the Catholic church, or if you’d just want to learn more about what Catholics believe and why, St Patrick’s church has a group just for you: people from our parish who help adults from other faith traditions explore and understand our Catholic faith. The church calls this process of questioning and listening the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).

If you would like to find out more about our Catholic faith, please call Diane at 673-1311. The RCIA process starts in September .

Adult Confirmation and First Communion classes

Are you a baptized Catholic who hasn’t received the sacraments of Confirmation or Eucharist?

If you are an adult (over 18) baptized Catholic who would like to receive the sacrament of Confirmation or Eucharist (or both sacraments), please call Diane at 673-1311. Classes will be starting in September.

RCIA - Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults:

Designed for adults who are interested in becoming Roman Catholic: the unbaptized, those from other traditions, and Catholics who have never continued their walk in faith. This program guides individuals towards full sacramental initiation through: scripture and instruction, prayer and worship, exposure to the parish community and service.
This community also offers a program based on this model, for school-age children who have not been baptized called RCIC.
